Who are eligible?

• Adults 18 years of age or older, who are taking care of an adult who is 60 years of age or older with a physical or cognitive disability.

• Grandparents, or relatives, with formal or informal custody of a child 18 years of age or under and living in their home.

What we do to help?

• We provide information and referral assistance, options counseling, and assessments for respite care assistance.

Caregiver Information and Opportunities:

• Assistance with training, Respite Opportunities, In-home care options, transportation, medical alert referrals, support groups, and much more. Referral opportunities for evaluation are available.
