The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program (LTCOP) 

A program that offers confidential help to older adults who have questions, concerns or complaints regarding the care they are receiving in their long-term care facility. Residents have the right to safety and good care, privacy, money management, keep living in their facility, and ask the LTCOP for additional needed assistance. The Illinois Home & Community Ombudsman Program 

Assists and advocates for individuals who are between the ages of 18-59 with physical disabilities, or seniors who are age 60 and above who are enrolled in the Medicare Medicaid Alignment Initiative (MMAI) or are receiving services under a Medicaid waiver to help them stay in their own home. Pathways to Community Living
